It is interesting how as the seasons change and the meals we cook vary, one occasionally loses track of the opportunities for cooking.
It has been quite some time before a courgette found its way into our evening meal. Tonight I rectified the omission.
Or maybe we have not had courgette for a while because the kids whinge that they don't like it!
