The apple trees are bearing fruit again this year.   The russet is really hanging, along with the brambly.   The other eater 'Katy' which is normally absolutely covered in fruit is quite sparse for once.

Hopefully the fruit which is there will develop and ripen before the dreaded brown rot takes hold.
