Fork in low-key

Forks.  Nikon D7000
14th June 2012

I wanted to try something a little different today; take some ordinary everyday objects and capture them in a way which was a little 'out of context'.

I thought a fork was a good everyday object to start with and being shiny, we always see it reflecting the world around us.

The challenge I gave myself was to capture an image of a shiny fork (and keep it looking shiny), but without the world around us reflected in it.

My conclusion from the exercise is that if you do not want to see the world reflected around you, it takes a lot of black cloth.
